Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Growvello
- Are unopened and in their original packaging
- Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Were incorrectly shipped items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened seed packets
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale
- Bulk orders that have been opened
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service at ask@growvello.com to initiate a return
- You will receive return shipping instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
Refund Timeline
After we receive your return:
- Inspection period: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 2-3 business days
- Bank processing time: 5-10 business days
If you haven't received your refund after this period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Important Information
- Returns must include your order number and contact information
- Items should be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements
- Replacements are subject to product availability
